# delossify-webgpu Legal Notices

This deployed app is not an MIT-only artifact.

- App glue code: MIT, covered by the source bundle's `LICENSE`.
- Apollo model artifacts: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. See `model-LICENSE.CC-BY-SA-4.0.txt`, `model-ATTRIBUTION.CC-BY-SA-4.0.txt`, and `model-manifest.json`. User-selected local model files are still verified against the product model key and manifest.
- sound-gambit limiter port: treated as a GPLv3-family dependency/port. See `vendor/sound_gambit.LICENSE.GPL-3.0.txt`.
- ONNX Runtime Web: MIT, pinned to `onnxruntime-web@1.23.0`. See `vendor/onnxruntime-web/LICENSE` and `vendor/onnxruntime-web/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.delossify.md`.
- MP3 encoder: `@breezystack/lamejs@1.2.7`, LGPL/GPL family. See `vendor/lamejs/`.

Apollo hosted model redistribution is resolved: this site serves
`/models/apollo_8s.onnx` under CC BY-SA 4.0 with the attribution, license, and
sha256 manifest co-located in this site. There is no authentication, no token
gate, no DRM, no click-through terms. The deployed product as a whole is **not**
MIT-only because it loads CC BY-SA 4.0 model artifacts.

Public app redistribution still depends on resolving the sound-gambit GPLv3
port shipping strategy.
